When will my card be charged?

Your card will only be charged upon dispatch of your order. Your payment will only be authorised, once the order has been processed and dispatched.

Will my personal details be safe?

We offer a wider range of payment providers and payment options. Payments are processed securely with PCI compliance and PSD2. Your details are kept secure and will only be provided unless legally permitted or with your written permission.

What is PSD2?

PSD2 is a new European law introduced to make online payments more safe and secure. When you place an order online using a card payment, your bank may ask you to confirm your identity through 3D Secure authentication.
