We do currently price match on most items and this can be requested in our contact form or within live chat. You do have to provide an url or image of the product and the price stated. We will contact you instantly with our price and other options.

Yes, you can provide a specified delivery date in the checkout within delivery options.
We do not currently deliver on Sunday but do deliver items on saturday. This is for UK mainland only any orders placed outside the UK mainland will be delivered in the specified time.
We offer free next day delivery for all orders over 19.99 and ordered by 6PM week days only. Any items ordered by 6PM on Saturday will be delivered by Monday. Please do still allow 1 - 2 for your order to be delivered.
We ship all orders from the United Kingdom and therefore have a responsibility to pay duties and taxes on our shipments.
All international orders duties are paid to help receive your order as soon as possible. We don't charge additional fees for international deliveries and pay all duties and taxes.
Hipeon ships to the following destinations on a DDP (Delivery Duties Paid) basis:

If your location is not listed duties are DAP (Delivery at Place) this means you will have to pay all duties to customs before the order is released and delivered.
We currently provide payment options with Paypal and Credit/Debit card. We do not accept payment via bank transfer or cheque.
If your payment has been declined your order will be cancelled and can only be processed once the order has been paid in full. If you are having any issues with making payment, please contact your credit/debit card provider. If you are having any issues making payment with PayPal, please contact PayPal for any further information.
Your payment will only be charged, once the item has been processed, prepared for shipping and is awaiting collection from our carrier partners. Your payment will not be charged upon ordering and if your order is cancelled your payment will not be authorised.

Returns are as easy as posting the item back to us. A label is included in your consignment and this can be attached to the resealed package and posted back to us. If your item is to large to post, please fill in the returns form and the item will be collected at the address provided. Returns are free for all orders.
Any order placed can be cancelled before the order has been shipped. If you need to cancel your order contact us via live chat before the item has been shipped.
Once your return has been received a refund will be processed and this can take 3 to 4 days to arrive.
You can track your return and the tracking number will be made available to you on your account page and emailed to you. Once a return has been received by our team it take upto 24 hours to process the return and apply a refund.
